When the residents or their family members are in danger, simply press the SOS button to trigger the alarm. The security guard and their immediate family members will receive the SOS alert notification. In the meantime, get to know which resident has triggered the alarm.

Go to the Notice Board’s tab-bar to create a notice. Once done, our system will send it out to every resident or selective resident.
The admin needs to check, if the deposit payment is received then the booking/application can only be approved. For others do not required deposit, will be auto approved.
In our M4U Security System, we have Visitor Management System (VMS), SOS Alert, Parcel Collection and Intercom Facility.
Visitor Management is a System that records visitors’ information like name, IC/license, contact no. & vehicle plate no. Besides monitoring visitors check-in, check-out or overnight at the premise/condo.
When the resident is not at home to receive his/her parcel, the security guard will acknowledge & receive on his/her behalf. Our App will generate a tracking/QR code for the recipient/resident to claim his/her parcel later.
